Affordable and secure.
The hotel is clean and neat. Staff is friendly. the breakfast buffet is good since it offers fruits, pastries, juices, milk, coffee, tea, cold cut meats, yougurt, etc. Parking is very easy. It has 24 hours security. Everything is close by. No issues with the room, everything worked. But if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the main street. They also have covered parking. Over all, it ’s a good value for the money and they have very good security although the area is a nice neighborhood.

The most bang for your dollar,
My husband and I really enjoyed City Express Queretaro! Your breakfast service, shuttle service and coffee machine were our favorite things. On top of that, your entire staff is very helpful and usually happy. Your hotel is very clean and we appreciated the environmental efforts, the clean water from the sink and the free water bottle. The only thing I would recommend is that you let us know when the cleaning service comes because we were in the hotel room when they arrived so they couldn’t come in to clean. I read reviews that said this hotel had cold water but once I learned how to use the shower we always had hot water. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would rather stay at a simple place, save money and spend more time adventuring around town!

No internet service!
This hotel was reasonably comfortable, the front desk staff were polite, and the quality and selection of the complimentary continental breakfast items was good. The only real gripe I have is that the complimentary internet service was down for the entire duration of my 3 night stay. After the first night I inquired if they had a problem with their internet service and they admitted they did, but they had no clear idea on when this problem would be solved. As a business traveler, going 3 days without access to e-mail creates a real problem.
