Nice hotel and service
On arrival staff was very helpfull and preasant. Hotel is very clean and room as very comfortable. Area is very nice and there are many nice restaurants to eat. Staff in swiming pool area is also very pleasant and helpfull. This stay was very relaxing and enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would recomend this hotel without any problems. Just be carefull with the vendors out of the pool areas.

Overall ok but expect crowded weekends filled with locals
General Feedback- Hotel must have weekend specials for locals since we seemed to be the only tourists there on the weekend. As a result, it was almost impossible to get an elevator at times & when one would finally stop it was packed with people. After 15 min & passing on two full elevators, I found myself opting to walk 16 flights . It was ridiculous. After the weekend, the elevators were still slow but reasonable & not packed. Rooms- Very clean, amazing view. Bathroom was clean but old & basic. There was a drain on the floor which must have been a sewage drain since it made the bathroom smell like sewage. Odor wasn’t strong but noticeable & annoying. We kept that door closed at all times. Hotel Location- walking distance to restaurants and bars. We liked this about the hotel. Service- Slow but that’s to be expected when traveling abroad. Service wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t very good either. Pool Areas- It was a bit annoying since there were kids everywhere (and I love kids), but it was excessive. I almost thought I was at a child theme park for locals. As a result, you couldn’t enjoy the swim up bar at the pool on the weekend. If you’re there for an extended weekend trip like us, you only had 1 day to enjoy it. We spent most of our time at the adult pool on the 3rd floor which was great- swim up bar, outdoor seating & excellent view. Even if not interested in spending time at the adult pool, I recommend stopping for the view- great for pics.
