Beautiful Hotel in the middle of Merida
Despite only being there for less than a day, our stay at the Piedra de Agua was very nice. We traveled with another family, so the grown-ups sat around in the outdoor area while the kids splashed in the pool. The wait service was extremely friendly and helpful in selecting a nice place for us to eat.

Great Location
The hotel and staff were great. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff gave me a cold refreshing drink and a nice tour of the hotel. The brick oven pizza is really good. I had a room overlooking the street and didn’t really have a problem with noise as they have double doors to the balcony that really cut the noise. I go to Merida a couple times a year and will definitely stay here again next year.

Great experience at Piedra de Agua
we loved the hotel. was quite hard to find cos it’s in a pedestrian zone but when we got there it was amazing. especially the courtyard is great. everything’s easy to accessible by foot.
